NattyAI Terms of Use

By installing or using NattyAI ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. What NattyAI is — and is not

NattyAI is an entertainment and self-tracking tool that produces a model-generated estimate of physique characteristics from a photo. Outputs are estimates only. NattyAI is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, fitness coach, or substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Do not rely on its output for medical, training, dietary, or weight-management decisions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use NattyAI. The app is rated 17+ on the App Store. By using it you confirm you meet this age requirement.

3. Photo content

You agree to submit only photos of yourself, or photos you have explicit permission to submit. Do not submit photos of minors, sexually explicit content, or content depicting third parties without their consent. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• NattyAI offers an auto-renewing subscription via Apple In-App Purchase. Pricing and trial terms are shown on the in-app paywall before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel anytime via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or in-app via Settings → "manage subscription".
• Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.
• Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to recover an active subscription on a new device.

5. Intellectual property

The NattyAI app, brand, and content are owned by Coleman Digital. You retain ownership of photos you submit; you grant us a limited, transient license to transmit and process those photos solely to return your scan result. We do not retain or train on your photos.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its backend.
• Do not use the app to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Do not use automated tools, scrapers, or stress-tests against our servers.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of estimates.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coleman Digital and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.

11. Changes

If we materially change these terms, we will post the updated version at this URL with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
