All subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → NattyAI → Cancel. You can also do this from inside the app: Settings → Manage Subscription, which opens the same Apple subscription manager.
Refunds for in-app subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with the Apple ID used to purchase, find the NattyAI charge, and request a refund. Apple makes the final decision.
Open NattyAI → Settings → Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID that bought the subscription, your access will be restored.
Open NattyAI → Settings → Wipe All Data. This clears your local profile, scan history, and resets your anonymous device identifier. NattyAI does not store your photos or scan results on our servers, so deleting locally is sufficient.
You submit a shirtless physique photo. The image is sent over HTTPS to our analysis endpoint, forwarded to Anthropic's Claude model for scoring, and discarded immediately. Results are stored only on your device. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
No. NattyAI is for entertainment. Estimates are generated from a photo and should not be used to make health, training, or nutrition decisions. Talk to a qualified coach, dietitian, or doctor for that.
Scoring quality depends on lighting, pose, and photo quality. Try a well-lit, front-facing photo with arms relaxed at your sides. If you still see something that looks wrong, email us with a description and we'll take a look.
